MBCZ develops and sells digital software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and premium Minecraft server plugins and assets. Product descriptions on this Site are for informational purposes. Purchases, billing, delivery, and product-specific terms are handled on each product's official website or marketplace (including prodverdict.com, phonton.dev, Modrinth, SpigotMC, and BuiltByBit).
3. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, or use it to misrepresent our products or affiliation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MBCZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
